Fettine di Vitello con Finferli

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 4/6 slices of veal,
  • 20 g DRIED MUSHROOMS CHANTERELLE MERLINI,
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil,
  • 1 onion,
  • 1 glass of white wine,
  • 1 cup of vegetable broth,
  • 1/4 cooking cream,
  • rosemary,
  • salt and pepper.

Preparation:

Clean any impurities from the CHANTERELLE DRIED MUSHROOMS MERLINI and put them to soak in water and milk for 20 min. Flour the slices of meat; In a pan cook the onion, rosemary and add the mushrooms.
